50-Minute Cardio and Back Workout

There’s nothing like waking up at 5:45am to start your day off with a workout, am I right? (Crickets…) Well, I like working out first thing in the morning, and since I had to work early, this is the time I needed to fit in my exercise.

Today I did a mix of cardio and weights.

30-Minute Back Workout

Done before the sun. Just the way I like it.
