Gone are the days of stopping for Starbucks or Chick-fil-A breakfast on your way to work.

I had to.

Okay, maybe that’s a stretch, but overnight oats are certainly a great option for a grab-n-go breakfast.

Sometimes there are those mornings where you wake up and either you don’t know what you want to eat, in which case your overnight oats are already waiting for you, problem solved. OR, you don’t feel like making anything, in which case your overnight oats are waiting for you, problem solved.

When I had a field sales job right out of college, I ate overnight oats every single morning. Literally.

Since I had to be at work sometimes by 6am, I would make them the night before, pack them in my lunch box (tehe) and eat them when a more acceptable time for breakfast came around, in between customer stops.

The Ultimate Guide to Breakfast On-The-Go

This recipe, in particular, is full of nutrients and will keep you full until lunch, without a doubt. You can even make your own additions: maybe some fruit preserves, or granola, or maybe pumpkin seeds. Whatever you want.

Pinned this!! It looks fabulous :) your photos are awesome. I enjoy eating overnight oats, but don’t make it as often as I’d like. I’ve been into the fried egg and fruit on the side, lately :)

Thank you so much! I like to switch it up, I usually use them for when I’m too busy to make anything in the morning. I’ve actually been trying to eat more eggs in the morning ha :)

Yum! I don’t usually eat oats because I feel like they don’t keep me full but I’m sure with all that protein, this would keep me satisfied until lunch! I’ll have to give this a try :)

I’ve been eating overnight oats for lunch lately. They are DELISH. I can’t believe I didn’t start making them earlier! Haha. Chocolate overnight oats are my fave. I could eat it forever and ever and ever and never get sick of it. I tried to make peanut butter once, but it was just so…peanut-buttery. I think I overdid it a bit/my peanut butter has a weird taste haha.

Mmmm! That scoop of peanut butter on that wooden spoon is literally perfection haha. Mine never looks that good! And agreed overnight oats are the best for on the go (especially if you have to be somewhere at 6 am! yuck!)
