Crockpot Lasagna Stew

Serves: Serves 6
  • 5 links Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 24oz jar of tomato basil marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 32oz beef broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2-3 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Place first 6 ingredients into a Crockpot and stir together.
  2. Set Crockpot to low and cook for 7-8 hours.
  3. minutes before you're ready to eat, add in the elbow pasta and water. Cook on high for about thirty minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  4. Enjoy topped with mozzarella cheese.
